Shipping policy

Free Shipping: Orders over $1000 receive free standard shipping. All orders must be paid, and any payment by direct deposit must hit our account before we can fulfill.

Title of Goods: Title of goods ordered and paid passes to the purchaser after the order is paid in full and picked up by the courier, ie., Australia Post, from our fulfillment warehouse. Please ensure your delivery address and delivery details are correct. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address during business hours to sign for the package upon delivery.

Insurance: If goods are damaged or lost you must lodge a claim for insurance and provide details of the damage or loss to Australia Post.
