How LUMINESCENS® works

LUMINESCENS® kit consists of two vials of professional serum and one 30ml. home cream. The LUMINESCENS®  Serum is for professional use only - treatment is conducted in-clinic for targeted treatment of pigmentation and skin tone. LUMINESCENS®  Home Cream is prescribed to be used at home use in-between in-clinic treatments with LUMINESCENS®  Serum. Alternatively the Home Cream may be used as an adjunct to any existing home care routine as an ongoing management program to manage skin tone. The mechanism of action include:

  • Melanogenic enzyme blockers, targeting some specific proteins as tyrosinase
  • Melanin formation and transport blockers, such as copper chelators and MC1R in-hibitors
  • Keratolytics, promote the removal of existing melanin
  • Antioxidants and dermo-normalizers, inhibit free radicals preventive the cascade of melanin synthesis
