BioReTherapy peel system can improve skin appearance and health by way of controlled revitalizing, bio-stimulating and moisturizing.
How BioRePeelCl₃® works.
Stimulation of Cell Turnover
The main mechanism of action of BioRePeelCl₃® TOUCH and INTENSE is the promotion of cell turnover, to encourage the skin to shed old, damaged cells and replace them with new, healthy ones. This can lead to smoother, more radiant skin over time.
Exfoliation
The other but relatively minor effect of BioRePeelCl₃® TOUCH and INTENSE is exfoliation. It contains a combination of active ingredients such as glycolic acid, lactic acid, and salicylic acid, among others, which work to remove the outermost layer of dead skin cells from the skin's surface. This process helps to reveal fresh, new skin underneath.
Improvement of Skin Texture
By removing dead skin cells and stimulating cell turnover, BioRePeelCl₃® TOUCH and INTENSE can help improve the texture of the skin. It can minimize the appearance of rough patches, fine lines, and uneven skin tone, leaving the skin looking smoother and more even.
Reduction of Hyperpigmentation
Chemical peels are often used to address issues like hyperpigmentation, including sunspots, age spots, and melasma. The exfoliating action of BioRePeelCl₃® TOUCH and INTENSE can help to fade these dark spots over time, leading to a more even complexion.
Treatment of Acne
The salicylic acid in BioRePeelCl₃® TOUCH and INTENSE has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, making it effective in treating acne and preventing future breakouts. It can help to unclog pores, reduce excess oil production, and calm inflammation associated with acne.
Stimulation of Collagen Production
Some chemical peels, including BioRePeelCl₃® TOUCH and INTENSE, can also stimulate collagen production in the skin. Collagen is a protein that provides structure and elasticity to the skin, so increasing its production can lead to firmer, more youthful-looking skin.
Overall Skin Rejuvenation
By addressing multiple aspects of skin health, including exfoliation, texture improvement, hyper-pigmentation reduction, acne treatment, and collagen stimulation, BioRePeelCl₃® TOUCH and INTENSE can contribute to overall skin rejuvenation. It can help restore a youthful glow and improve the overall appearance and health of the skin.
Importance of Use-At-Home Topicals
Skin peels, such as BioRePeelCl₃® TOUCH and INTENSE offer significant benefits. They may also cause some, albeit temporary or minor cosmetic side-effects, such as redness, peeling, and sensitivity. To optimise the effects of the BioReTherapy peel system it is crucial to conduct a pre-treatment skin analysis to assess any possible contra-indications and to document the skin type of the patient. The pre-treatment skin analysis should conclude with the prescription of the appropriate topical product/s in accord with the At-Home-Care table pictured below.
BioReHydra is a soothing gel with active wound healing properties. It should be applied after each BioRePeelCl₃® treatment, regardless of skin type, to sooth the skin and activate the bio-stimulation cascade. It maay also ideal and may be applied morning and night for oily or acne prone skin. It may also be used immediately after all energy device treatment to sooth and minimise cosmetic downtime.
BioReLift is ideal for dry skin or skin requiring hydration and moisturisation support. Its use every morning, and in particular, at bedtime will help to minimise cosmetic downtime, which may manifest 2 to 3 days post- BioRePeelCl₃® treatment manifest as dry, crepey skin.
